Anonymous asked: hi there :) well i'm trying to do some exercise to lose weight, but the thing is i'm kinda embarrassed to go to the gym but i have a treadmill at home so i started to run, but after a week i stopped cause i really hate running so...but then i started to walk fast for an hour everyday. Does that do the same thing as running?
